Salmon Chipolte Tacos
This picture doesn't do it justice. Have now made this meal five times... And it's been 5 weeks. Can you say obsessed? Not the best way to take advantage of the health benefits of salmon, but they sure are delicious.
Quinoa-Black Bean Burgers
Fiber and protein packed into a burger. Oh and I added sweat potato. Even better. Added chipolte coleslaw on top for a bit of a spice kick.
